2025 Tiggo 8 PLUS Classic Edition officially launched
The 2025 Tiggo 8 PLUS Classic Edition has officially launched, offering two models: a 5-seater and a 7-seater. As a new model, the exterior and interior remain largely unchanged, with minor configuration changes, including the addition of an openable panoramic sunroof and a powered/sensor trunk.

The new car features a family-inspired design, with a large black center grille and sharp headlights. The rear features trendy smoked-black through-type taillights, with Chery's "CHERY" logo below. The lower body kit has a Sporty look. Dimensions are 4722mm long, 1860mm wide, and 1745mm high, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2710mm, a mere 7mm increase in length.

Inside, the new car features a 24.6-inch ultra-large smart dual-screen display (a 12.3-inch 2.5K HD screen and a 12.3-inch LCD instrument panel), and a 50W wireless phone charger located below the central air-conditioning vents. Furthermore, compared to the similarly priced Comfort model, the new model adds features like a powered/sensor trunk, an opening panoramic sunroof, multi-layer soundproof glass for the front seats, and steering wheel shift paddles, but loses features like a transparent chassis, a built-in dashcam, and a leather steering wheel. In terms of power, the new car continues to use the 1.6TGDI direct injection turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 197 horsepower and a maximum torque of 290 Nm. In terms of transmission system, it is matched with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission.
